Aghghghgh!! LOL Not sure....get him in the habit of cleaning it before he goes to bed....and after he's done with one toy...put it back before he gets out another?

    GOOD LUCK! lol

Oh the age old question. lol I am with Humor Girl. Try to make it fun. Turn it into something he will want to do. When he is done with one toy have him put it away then get another one. I am attempting to work on this with Abigail. Good luck twin! :o)

it really depends on the childs age when my daughter was young I was always saying do not get another toy until the fist is put away but guess what now her toys have multiple parts like her polly pockets those alone distroy her room. I have gone to the extreme of bringing in the trash can and tell her what she doesn't put away correctly gets thrown away and once I threw one away it has been a little easier. but the clean room thing is my biggest struggle with my 6 year old.

I am the wrong person to offer advice here...so I'm just absorbing everyone else's input.
    *chuckle*

I do want to say one thing. That is not a picture of LAMommyof3's kid's room. Their rooms never look anything like that...hey...maybe she should be giving us advice!
